Vijay's Velayudham has convinced the censor board officials and they have certified it with a clear U certificate. The makers of Vijay's Velayudham has kick-started the promotions. They have started giving ads about the movies on newspapers (English and Tamil) and have released the list of theaters, which will screen the forthcoming Tamil movie.
Velayudham, which is hitting on October 26, has got 38 screens alone in Chennai. The movie is expected to release worldwide in somewhere between 1200 to 1500 screens, says a trade source.
The film directed by Jayam Raja has Genelia and Hansika Motwani as the leading ladies and Saranya Mohan
plays his sister.
The comedy is handled by Santhanam. Vijay's film is always for the mass and with a clear U it is all set to rock and convince one and all. Let us get ready with a Velayudham Diwali this 2011.
